I think the Grande Dame of British Mystery is being a tad tough on school… and human creativity in general. The really amazing thing about human creativity is that it flourishes even in the least nourishing places–that it bursts out most actively at points of friction and conflict.

But yes, do imagine just how much creativity and original thinking spouts from the brains of children marching to the beat of their own kettle of fish from day one…
